01What kinds of events can we plan together?
Weddings, engagements and milestones; private celebrations; corporate and brand events; and college or community gatherings. Tell us what you have in mind, even if it does not fit neatly into one category.
02Can I enquire about just one service?
Yes. You can enquire about individual services or a complete event. Share what is already arranged and where you would like support so we can discuss the right scope.
03What should I include in my first enquiry?
Your event type, preferred date and city are a good start. If you know your guest count, venue, budget range or required services, include those too. The event brief below helps you put it all together.
04Is my date or location available?
Availability and location coverage are confirmed directly by the VIVAS team. Send your preferred date and city through Instagram so we can discuss the possibilities. Preparing an enquiry does not reserve a date.
